Website, CD, Prints & Ticketing
As a side event to spoga horse, the world's leading B2B trade fair for the equestrian industry, CREATOR DAYS took place for the first time in 2022 – an innovative format that brings together influencers, brands, and industry players in equestrian sports.
Creating a platform where digital creatives and companies in the equestrian industry can meet on equal terms, exchange ideas, and jointly explore new avenues in communication and brand presentation.
Concept & implementation
Together with the executing company SehrwieViel, the idea of an event website was born, which bundles all relevant content and makes the event digitally accessible.
From the initial layouts to the finished website, we took care of the conception, design, and technical implementation. The site was created using the Kirby CMS – flexible, high-performance, and ideal for editorial maintenance.
In addition to an overview of all program highlights, schedules, and conditions of participation, the platform offers additional information for creators, brands, and visitors.
The structure and information architecture were designed to be quickly comprehensible on both desktop and mobile devices – clear, concise, and visually in the style of a modern, digital industry event.
Marketing & Print Media
In addition to the website, we created a wide range of marketing and print materials to communicate the event holistically.
We conceived, designed, and produced all materials – from flyers and roll-ups to exhibition walls, event tickets, and presentation templates.
The close integration of design and technical implementation resulted in a coherent overall image that works both online and offline and visually brings the event together.
Ticketing system
A key element of the project was the development of a customized ticketing system designed specifically for CREATOR DAYS.
• Stripe serves as the payment processor for ticket sales.
• After successful booking, participants receive HTML tickets in the corporate design, automatically generated and sent by email.
• A Nuxt.js app was used on site, allowing the event team to check all tickets via QR code scan and manage admission.
This system was developed entirely from scratch – independently of external tools or standard solutions – ensuring a smooth process between online sales, communication, and admission control.

Design & Corporate Identity
The visual appearance was based on the corporate design of spoga horse, which was then consistently developed further.
The aim was to create a design that clearly shows the connection to the main brand, but at the same time has a fresh, independent character.
The new design combines strong typography, clear color areas, and striking accents that translate the theme “digital meets equestrian” into modern imagery.
The result is a unique design line that works both in trade fair communications and on social media – young, professional, and brand-conscious.
Reaching our goal together
From idea to ticket scan
CREATOR DAYS demonstrates how modern event communication works: through clear design, flexible technology, and a strong visual identity.
From the website and corporate design to print media and the technical ticketing backend, a fully thought-out system was created that brings brands, creators, and visitors together in an inspiring way.
